4) What do you see as the role of information architecture for web authors? How would you even define this term based either upon the tutorial or your own understanding?

1. I see information architecture as a way to first plan out what you want your website to accomplish and then act on those blueprints. Figuring out your goals and audience are crucial steps in creating an effective webpage because if it is not catered to these, it will fall by the wayside in being an ineffective webpage.
